IT Service Management

System Selection & Procurement
Qedis support clients in system selection and procurement, through end to end management of the process, including public sector procurement. This includes constructing ITT/RFI/RFP documents, evaluating system and supplier capabilities, running demonstrations and supporting supplier contract negotiation.
