What we do

Business Change is about providing client side support to engage and prepare the business for the transitions in culture, roles, structure and processes in a technology led business transformation.

The challenge for clients

- Typically less focus is given to the cultural and personal impacts of transformations than the technical

- This means that often, the majority of the budget and the delivery attention is on configuring the software and technology rather than preparing the business and individuals for change

- Similarly business stakeholders may be engaged, but there is a lack of business ownership or structure and formality in the management of the people changes

What makes us different

Our people have many years of full-life cycle ERP implementation experience and an excellent mix of ERP, programme and change skills. Our advice is independent as we are not systems integrators or outsourcers. We only work with small, experienced teams within the client team, with the sole purpose of making the business change successful. We take a long term view of change and ensure our clients have the ability to sustain the transformation before we depart.  

Many IT enabled transformations fail to plan how they will engage the individuals in the organisation, in order to maximise the chances of success, until it is too late.
