IT Benchmarking Survey
A Number Of Companies Across The Media,Publishing and Broadcasting Industry
The IT Benchmarking Study is a repeatable process which uses set of questions developed over several years by Qedis in collaboration with the participants. The study has become an annual process which is outlined below:
- A campaign to recruit participants welcoming both our contacts and referrals from participants
- An initial roundtable session is held to discuss the survey and reach agreement on treatments / definitions of specific items and new areas or metrics to include. The majority of the survey remains the same to provide trending data from one year to the next
- Participants complete the quantitative sections of the survey over a period of two weeks with remote support provided by our team
- A follow-up meeting is held a week after the survey has been submitted; this to capture qualitative information and to clarify any questions via interview/workshop with appropriate contributors
- Results are analysed and any anomalies queried
- Individual sessions are held with each participant to review results and provide feedback
- A round table session is held for all participants where they propose a general review session and another focused specific sectors assuming there is demand
- Every participant receives a tailored report showing their results against aggregated, anonymous data from the other participants
The tools developed for the IT benchmarking study are re-usable and equally applicable to any industry.
